My sweet hubby took me out for my favorite dinner.  Nothing beats a ton of rice and vegetables.  I love hibachi and so do the kiddos.  It was a great family fun night.

Our weekend with my mom went by way to fast.  We had a great time going to parks, the Abraham Lincoln museum and just spending time together.  It was a fabulous time and we hope she can come back out again soon!

My mom came out to visit and we took her straight from the airport to the St. Patrick's day parade.  It was the longest parade I have ever seen.  It was as if the entire city of Springfield was walking in it, but the kids didn't mind one bit because that just meant they got extra candy!

After watching monster trucks and playing at home the kids insisted it was time to go to the park.  We have had enough of winter weather, and even though it wasn't warm we decided to put on our coats and go out and play.  It was a great time!!!  Now come on Mother Nature we are ready for Spring!.
