Dylan wanted to take a picture. He did a pretty good job taking a picture of Trent, Nate and I. Aliya has a natural mommy instinct and loves taking care of her baby dolls. She has even loves pictures of babies. Here she was feeding a bottle to a picture of herself as a baby. :)

Our Latest Stories
I try and treasure our moments as a family. I understand how quickly it is already passing and I am so thankful for the love we share and the beautiful children we have. I know that one day my sweet Trent will probably decide I am not the perfect person to marry although right now he says that "of course we will …
Trent had Karate graduation last night. He graduated from a white belt with yellow stripe to a yellow and white belt. He was so happy and we were so proud of him. Trent's top 10 list of things he's learned in Karate (yes, they are direct quotes from Trent): *how to block *kicks *We do our best together,…
The kids are blessed with two wonderful sets of Grandparents that love them to pieces (and Grandmas who enjoy shopping for them as well). Here is our little fashion show showing off some of the new clothes they have been given from Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, and Papa. Thanks so much for all the Easter gifts, the kids loo…
To see many wonderful pictures of our Easter Day just click on the title "Our Easter." We had a wonderful Easter. The kids got Easter baskets from us, and both sets of Grandparents so they definitely were full of smiles! They enjoyed their new toys and new treats and Nate and I enjoyed spending time with his…
The kids love to play dress up. Sometimes (like today) they just slip on a shirt and pretend to be a football player and Daddy, but many times Trent gets really into finding all the pieces that he needs to dress up. Trent decided to dress up as a pilot and he needed: an airplane shirt, hat, tie, watch, headset, and …
We have a very silly tradition but one that all the kids love. We sing a song about a silly hat and the kids race and put something silly on their head. Even little Aliya tries to sing the words and dances with her silly hat. It is funny how the simplest things are always my kids favorite thing to do.
It seems like almost all of my posts are about playtime, but they are kids and that is how we spend almost all of our time! Today we played in our backyard and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. We had fun playing football. Dylan and Trent love playing in the mud and after a few minutes of watching the boys, Aliya g…
The things we remember are what we hold on to. And what we hold on to becomes the story of our lives.
