We took the children in to the doctor on Friday and found out that they have RSV. They have all been coughing and feeling absolutely horrible from it. We want to say thank you as we know that many of you have been praying for our children. We are happy to say that Trent is doing better, but Dylan and Aliya are still struggling. I have been listening to every breath out of the little ones mouth, making sure that they are okay. We know that it is very dangerous, especially for Aliya who is very young. It was a very long weekend, but we are hoping to have the children healthy soon.
Dylan had to get tested (for RSV) while at the doctor. The test caused him to have a bloody and nose and was very hard to watch. We took him into the waiting room and waited for the results. While we were waiting he stumbled and busted open his lip. There was blood everywhere and we rushed him to the back to see if he needed stitches. No stitches were necessary but he was left with this big sore on his lip. I was very sad for my poor little boy.
We always make decorations for all the holidays and seasons. It has become a tradition to decorate the fan in my dinning room. Both boys love doing art projects and have fun looking at what they have created. Needless to say, this was done before everyone got so sick.
