My mom used to say to my sisters and me, that she wanted to put a brick on our head so we wouldn't grow so fast. When I was young I didn't understand what she meant, now I do. Trent turned eight today. I am amazed at how fast the past eight years have gone by, how many things he has learned and how much he has grown into his own personality. I consider it a blessing every day to be his mom. The only thing I would ever change would be to slow it all down a little, the whole experience is going by way to fast. Happy Birthday, Trent Aaron!
