For my birthday I took the kids to the St Louis Zoo. The smiles on their faces as they ran from exhibit to exhibit was enough to make even the rainiest of birthdays good.

Warm fall weather makes for a perfect day to head to the apple barn.  We bought some apples to make an apple pie and some yummy treats for the ride as well. A quick stop at the playground added to our fall fun filled day. Dylan is so funny.  He keeps me smiling day in and day out.

I have always loved going to hot air balloon shows. The kids seem just as Amazed by the hot air balloons as I have always been. It is just miraculous to watch them fill up and float up into the sky.  It is quite the sight to see!

The the kids have been enjoying playing in this gorgeous fall weather as much as they can!

Trent had a birthday party with some friends from school. They had fun playing games and smashing open a pinata. It was Transformers themed because Trent is absolutely in love with Transformers at this time. It was a good time and he seemed to really enjoy himself.
