I love the simple traditions that the kids look forward to like the Easter egg hunt and trading candy.  Easter was full of smiles and sunshine like an Easter should be.

Mother's day is when I get to call the shots. So what did I pick...the ocean and family. It is all I need.

Sometimes you have to do what you want and let nothing hold you back. My cousin and I had a blast doing an ariel class together. It was silly fun and exactly what I needed to make me smile.

While the kids were on April vacation, we enjoyed a nice day with Mom and Dad at the beach.  It was tons of fun to walk the beach and enjoy a delicious lunch! It's definitely worth the drive and hopefully we can do it again soon, now that the weather is even warmer! I had a gluten-free lobster roll! Yummy!
