The things that make us laugh....

We are looking to buy a larger house...get a little more room for everyone...yet, we all seem to spend our time in the same 6ft space anyway! Go figure!

Aliya tried her first bite of real food the other night. Both boys had big reactions to their first bites, Aliya however, showed very little reaction. She did want more and would move her mouth to get some, but none of the scrunched up nose faces that her Dad loves to see so much.
We have had our share of funny moments around the house lately. Here are a few of the highlights:

After finding out that Trent couldn't purchase something at the store because it was to expensive; Trent suggested that we just go to McDonald’s because they always give us change.

Dylan and I were playing and he accidentally drooled on me. He looked down at the drool and then licked it off my arm and smiled at me as if he had cleaned up his own mess.

After telling Trent it was time to clean up his toys he said “I’m busy breathing right now mom!”

Trent came home from school the other day and asked “what is a boyfriend?” Nate and I looked at each other and smiled. Trent told us that a girl in his class said that he is her boyfriend. Apparently in Pre-K all you have to do is declare it and then it is law. This girl explained to Trent that he had to be her boyfriend, and then they could get married and then they could have a baby. Trent is about as into this idea as any four year old boy would be...he could careless and just wants to go on playing with his friend (who happens to be a girl).
