Our kids think of Nate as a celebrity, or better yet, a superhero. The second he walks in the door from work, everyone stands up and RUNS to the door, even little Aliya crawls as fast as she can with a huge smile on her face to greet her Daddy. They can not get enough of him. There are hundreds of questions and thousands of stories to tell even though he has only been gone nine hours. They are amazed by their dad and I have to admit so am I. He is an extremely involved father and an amazing husband. I hope that their view of Nate never changes, because the way that they see them through their young eyes, is truly how wonderful he really is.
