Trent got to hatch chicks in science class this year. He chose and egg and watched it develop for three weeks. He even got to name his and, of course, my funny boy named his KFC. He brought 6 chicks home to "live at our home" for about an hour before they got picked up by my sister to go live on a friends' farm. They were adorable and so much fun to have even if it was just for a few moments!
