I have been thinking a lot about essentials over the last couple of months. There are a lot of things our family can live without, even things that were once so normal and seemed essential. Our list has adjusted, essentials have changed, and things once taken for granted have been seen for their true value. Our yard has become essential for our family. It is a place to find peace, a place to play, a place for family time and alone time. Our yard is a needed refuge for us and I am so glad for the joy it brings our family.
