AND....

WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!! They excepted our first offer. We are still in shock, but very very happy!!! We are set to move in on July 31st and are so excited!!!!

Congratulations!!!! I am so happy for you and how it worked out so well. The house looks beautiful. And of course, I can't wait to see it in a couple of weeks. Michelle, what will you do with yourself now that you don't have to keep running out of the house with 3 kids so that they can do a showing? :) Love you all bunches.

CONGRATS!! So glad that it all worked out. . . the pictures look great! HUGE backyard and kitchen! Good luck with the move.
