Trent and Meredith have been friends since he was one year old...here is a pic of them back then.
Well, they have grown quite a bit and added brothers and sisters to their lives, but they are still great friends! Trent was so excited to go visit...he asked every other minute (of our hour drive) if we were there yet. Needless to say, he had a great time!
And I had a wonderful time catching up with my friend (aka Meredith's mom) Ronda. It was great to tell stories and laugh together. Although, it does make me miss having her as a neighbor and our old waffle nights while the husbands were at work. I miss my family desperately in NH but having wonderful friends in IL makes it a little easier, especially easy going friends like Ronda.
Dylan had fun playing with Macy, and Aliya learned a new trick. It was the first time she was given the opportunity to climb stairs and she didn't hesitate at all. She was up them in a matter of seconds!
