Trent and Aliya have about a four year age gap, different interests, and about a million other things that would make you think that there wouldn't be much of a connection between them. However, it is not true. Trent loves the big brother role. He likes to take care of people when they are hurt or needing and he loves to teach new things. Aliya loves the little sister role. She loves to be taken care of and learn new things. Thus, they have an amazing connection. Not one based on both liking the same toys or being able to do the same thing but one based simply on the fact that they are each others siblings. It sounds so simple, but when you watch them together it is like watching magic right before your eyes and I, for one, could watch it all day long.
