We celebrated Halloween with all of our typical traditions of carving pumpkins and candy collecting! I love to see how their personalities come out more and more in their choices of costumes and even how they carve their pumpkin.

This picture doesn't look like too much but I love it. This view of my family changes each year. Gone are the days of Nate pulling a wagon with tiny little Superheros, Train Engineers and Princesses inside but yet at the same time each year the view is the same, all of us together as a family having a fun night in the chilly autumn air
A vampire, a cat, and a Minecraft character. These pumpkins are as different as the three children who created them.
It is hard to believe that Trent is at an age where he is not Trick or Treating. The time went so fast! He was such a supportive brother and so excited to take the kids even though he was not collecting the candy. He even helped relax Dylan when he felt scared at a house that had a man with a chainsaw (EEEEK!!) and Dylan and Aliya happily shared all of their loot with their big brother in the end.
