Most of the day you will find our old dog retired to his sitting chair. While we still see the puppy side of him come out every once in a while, more often than not our sweet dog in most content relaxing in a house full of family. He waits each day by the door for everyone to come home from their busy days and at the end of the day, he is thrilled when we are all together in the living room. Our kids have grown up with our sweet dog, he has made them laugh, been there when they cry, he wakes them up in the morning with a kiss and does his rounds tucking them in each night. When Aliya oversleeps he frantically runs from the bathroom back to Aliya's bed showing her that it is time to get up and go. He is a part of our story and desperately wants nothing more than just to be with us. We couldn't love this old man anymore then we do and we had a very special birthday celebration for him. There is nothing quite like our dog who adds happiness to every day of our lives.
