A photo can show so much but what you can't see in this photo is the laughter until our stomachs hurts as we attempted to use a timer to take a family photo. There were a bunch of blurry shots, eyes closed shots, looking the wrong direction shots and shots that never took before the one that actually worked. However, all of those messed-up pictures led to uncontrollable laughter and made the final photo so much better.
Photos can't show it all. They can't let you hear the laughter or the conversation however they bring back memories for me that let me feel those feelings all over again. So while photos don't let you see it all, I really do think that you can feel it all through a photo.
This Christmas was the Christmas that we stayed in our PJs all day, we relaxed and laughed and played games. We enjoy a visit from Nana and Papa and talking on the phone with Grandma and Grandpa. This Christmas we gave unexpected gifts and we receive them as well. These gift showed us just how well we know each other because without even dreaming of what we wanted we got exactly what we never knew we could have dreamed of.
This Christmas we all played like kids.
This Christmas we all lived like kings.
This Christmas we all felt joy for one another.
This Christmas was full of surprises and discoveries.
This Christmas we spent time with those we love.
This Christmas was perfect far beyond our dreams.
