HOT CHEESY BACON JALAPENO DIP
We doubled this recipe this time and Nate said we should every time from here on out.
Doubled it fits best in a 13x9 pan.
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl mix together
– 1 8oz softened package of cream cheese
– 1/3 cup mayo
– 1/3 sour cream
– 1tsp garlic powder
– 10 pieces of cooked, crumbled bacon (put aside a few to sprinkle on top)
– 2 finely chopped jalapeños (put aside a few to sprinkle on top)
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
– Salt & Pepper (just a few dashes, no need to measure)
3. Transfer mix into a dish
On the top of the mix, sprinkle
– 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
– 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
– Reserved jalapeños and bacon crumble
4. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot in the center
– Take foil off and broil for 2-3 minutes after baking, to get a nice golden brown topping. Eat and eat and eat! It is delicious!
