I was telling Nate how my Dad had to go to the doctor today and have some testing done. Trent over heard the conversation and said "what? Papa had to go to the hospital!" This was a big deal to him, even though Papa's situation is not major. Trent was very concerned and wanted to video tape a message for him. Despite how genuinely worried he was, his words seemed to turn into a performance once the camera turned on. As soon as we were done recording Trent asked "how did I do?" He was extremely upset, but the camera seemed to turn the actor on inside of him.
Our kids call Nana, Nana Banana and that is why it sounds like Dylan is repeating himself. And just for the record Papa is also called Papa Pepper. My kids love giving people silly names and Nana and Papa's seem to be their favorites.
