I am always wanting to take the kids to do something they have never done before or to experience something memorable together as a family and watching the solar eclipse was one of the most breathtaking moments that seemed to check off both of those boxes off. There was something magnificent about watching an event that no human had any control over and knowing that since the beginning of time people had watched this occasion in awe of what was happening around them. It was a magnificent moment for sure and one we will never forget.
