Last Friday we were told that the kids would not be returning to school for awhile they instead would be "remote learning". It was a phrase that we had never heard and suddenly was filling my inbox and in every conversation that I had with other parents. The teachers took two days off to plan and on Wednesday they were up and running. Video calls with teachers and assignments that were turned in virtually quickly are becoming our new normal. We are strongly working on a healthy mental state and for that reason, the kids still have a time to get up each day, time to get ready for the day and time to start school. The routine is helping this new schooling feel a bit more normal even if it is anything but.
Our Latest Stories
The things we remember are what we hold on to. And what we hold on to becomes the story of our lives.
