While dating Nate and my favorite place to go eat was a Mexican restaurant whose food caused our mouth to water every time we even thought of them. Our kids have been raised on Mexican food (in fact Aliya, at the age of two, knew how to say Xochimilco, a restaurant we loved and frequented) and thankfully the kids all love it as much as Nate and I do. The pandemic has lead to us not being able to go out for a delicious Mexican dinner since March but we have learned to make many delicious restaurant style dinners at home. These are a few of our new favorite sides to make our Mexican night seem even more restaurant worthy.
