My wonderful Aunt has been blessing us with tons of delicious vegetables from her garden. There is nothing better then the taste of her truly fresh produce. We have been enjoying all kinds of yummy food this summer thanks to her. We have made the typical salads, spaghetti sauces, roasted vegetables, breads etc. The kids have loved all of it, but I think their favorite treat was these cupcakes. Nate and I both had to agree, that they were the best cupcakes I have ever made. Who would have guessed they contain zucchini!!
